Everyday support, security decisions and technology projects can end up in separate conversations. A laptop issue is resolved, an account is added and another renewal arrives, but nobody has a clear view of how those decisions affect the business as a whole.
Strata Momentum connects that work. We learn how your people operate, identify the systems you rely on and agree the responsibilities you want Strata to take on. The service combines practical help with a plan for keeping the environment manageable and improving it over time.
For a growing organisation, that means a clearer starting point for new staff, changing locations and future investment. For a business with an internal IT team, Momentum can be shaped around a defined division of responsibilities. The plan follows your organisation, with scope and changes discussed openly.
The layers of your Momentum plan
Connected work A clearer working day
These are the areas we bring into the planning conversation. Your proposal makes the selected services, products and responsibilities explicit.
Support
Support your people
Give staff a clear route to help with the users and systems covered by your agreement. Connect remote assistance and planned on-site work with a consistent support process, useful documentation and an understanding of business impact.
Bring device visibility, updates and account changes into a repeatable routine. Joiner, mover and leaver processes help your team prepare equipment and access, while lifecycle planning makes forthcoming replacements easier to anticipate.
Consider devices, sign-ins, email and awareness together. Your plan identifies the selected protection tools, the responsibilities for reviewing alerts and the people who can authorise action when something needs investigation.
Agree which information and systems need protecting, how copies are managed and what recovery should achieve. Connect backup scope, restore checks and practical documentation with the priorities of the people who run the business.
Use recurring support issues, business plans and the condition of your systems to guide improvements. An agreed review cadence keeps priorities visible and gives larger changes a place in the roadmap before they become urgent.
Momentum starts with a discovery conversation and an agreed scope. We explain what is included, what needs a separate project and how the service will be reviewed as your business changes.

A clear start A plan that keeps moving
Understand the starting point
We review the users, systems, suppliers and business priorities behind your working day. Together, we identify immediate concerns, the access and documentation needed, and the services that belong in the plan.
Put the foundations in place
We agree the handover, introduce your support route and implement the selected controls in a planned sequence. Staff know where to get help, and operational responsibilities are recorded for the people delivering the service.
Keep the next steps visible
Service discussions connect recurring issues with business changes and upcoming investment. We keep the agreed scope under review and turn improvement decisions into actions with owners and a practical sequence.
Make Microsoft 365 work harder for you
A more connected workplace
Workplace improvements can bring structure to Teams, shared documents and device management. Your Momentum plan can connect that ongoing administration with the support and access needs of the people using the tools.
As the foundations improve, we can assess repetitive tasks, reporting needs and suitable AI use cases. Discovery, licensing and implementation are scoped around a clear business outcome, with the right controls and human oversight.
Strata Momentum is a coordinated managed IT service built around your organisation. It brings the agreed layers of user support, device care, security, recovery and ongoing improvement into one plan, with clear responsibilities and a practical review process.
Is Momentum a fixed bundle of software?+
No. We start with the business requirements and your existing environment. The proposal names the selected services and products, any licences needed and the responsibilities included, so you can see how the plan fits your organisation.
Can our own IT team remain involved?+
Yes. Momentum can be shaped around a co-managed arrangement. We agree the work your team retains, where Strata adds capacity and how both teams handle decisions, support requests and changes.
Does Momentum include 24/7 user support?+
The support hours, monitoring coverage and response arrangements are defined in your agreement. We do not assume that every plan includes round-the-clock user support or that security monitoring and service desk coverage are the same thing.
Are Microsoft licences, backup and security products included?+
The proposal sets out the licences, products and backup scope selected for your plan. Existing subscriptions are reviewed first. Hardware, additional licences and project work are priced and described explicitly, so inclusion is not left to assumption.
How is the service priced?+
Pricing follows the agreed users, devices, systems and responsibilities. We review your current setup and requirements before providing a proposal, including ongoing service costs and any onboarding or separate project work.
Can you help us switch from another provider?+
Yes. We can plan a handover covering access, documentation, subscriptions, supported equipment and open issues. Responsibilities and timing are agreed with you before operational changes are made.
How do we get started?+
Tell us about your team, locations and current IT arrangements. We will discuss what is working, where you need help and which parts of a Momentum plan would make a practical difference to your business.
