Email security & DMARC management

Strengthen business email and make it harder for others to misuse your domain. We help you review email protection, understand SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and plan changes around the legitimate services that send messages on your behalf.

Built around your business

Protect the trust behind your email

Email security involves more than the inbox. Your organisation may send mail through Microsoft 365, a CRM, finance software, website forms and other platforms. If those senders are not understood, changing a domain policy can affect genuine messages as well as unwanted ones.

We bring the sending picture together before recommending changes. The work can include reviewing email protections, identifying authorised senders and planning a measured approach to domain authentication. The aim is to improve visibility and reduce impersonation risk while checking how the changes affect normal business communication.

The work behind the outcome

What we help you put in place

Understand your senders

Identify the platforms and suppliers that send using your business domains. Record ownership, purpose and authentication arrangements, including systems managed outside your main IT environment such as marketing or finance tools.

Review authentication

Check the relationship between SPF, DKIM and DMARC for the sending services in scope. Explain what the records show, where configuration needs attention and which supplier needs to make each change.

Plan policy changes

Use available reporting and agreed tests to decide when a stricter DMARC policy is appropriate. Changes should be staged around legitimate sending activity, with a clear owner for investigating delivery problems.

Improve inbox protection

Review the controls and user processes around phishing, suspicious attachments and account compromise. Combine technical settings with a clear reporting route and independent checks for sensitive payment or account-change requests.

How the work takes shape

Discover and assess

List the domains and sending systems you use. Review current DNS records and the protection around the mail platform itself.

Implement and observe

Coordinate authorised changes and check representative mail flows. Investigate gaps before moving to a stronger policy for the domain.

Keep the picture current

Review new senders, supplier changes and reporting. Domain protection needs an owner when marketing, business systems or mail platforms change.

Your proposal sets out the systems, deliverables, responsibilities and service arrangements included. We agree these before work begins.

Something else on your mind?

Talk to us
Will DMARC stop every phishing email?

No. DMARC helps receiving systems assess messages using your domain, but it does not prevent every type of impersonation, compromised account or malicious message. It belongs within a wider email security and awareness plan.

Can we use the domain scanner first?

Yes. The scanner on our homepage can provide an initial view of relevant domain records. Its result is a starting point for discussion, rather than a complete review of every sending platform or mailbox control.

Can you work with our marketing platform?

Yes. We can review how your authorised platforms send mail and coordinate the required DNS or platform configuration. Access permissions, responsibilities and testing are agreed with the teams or suppliers that own those services.
